By accessing this service, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Services Rendered
Florida Coast Movers provides moving and relocation services (“Services”) within the state of Florida. Our Services include but are not limited to packing, loading, transporting, unloading, and unpacking of personal belongings.
Quotations
All quotations are non-binding and subject to change upon inspection of items to be moved. Final charges will be based on the actual time, materials, and services provided.
Deposits and Payments
A deposit is required to secure your moving date. Full payment is due upon completion of the move. Florida Coast Movers accepts payment via credit card, Zelle,certified check, cashiers check or cash. No personal checks are accepted.
Advance Payment Protocol
At Florida Coast Movers, we understand that each move is unique and certain situations may require special consideration. However, to secure the interests of both our clients and our business, we may request the completion of payment before the unloading of the truck commences.
Cancellation Policy
In the event you need to cancel your scheduled move, we kindly request that you notify Florida Coast Movers at least 48 hours in advance. Please be advised that all deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation occurs within this specified time frame. If the cancellation is initiated by the customer and there is a request to reschedule the move for a date when Florida Coast Movers does not have availability, we regret to inform you that we cannot guarantee accommodation for rescheduling. In such cases, the initial deposit will not be refundable, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new moving date.
Liability and Insurance
Florida Coast Movers take responsibility for your property while it is in our care. As required by Florida regulations, we provide basic valuation coverage for your belongings during the move. If you wish to have additional insurance coverage, we encourage you to engage an independent insurance company of your choice to obtain supplemental insurance for your move.
Damages and Claims
Any claims for damages must be submitted in writing within 48 hours after the move. Florida Coast Movers will not be liable for damages to items not packed or unpacked by our staff.

Prohibited Items Policy
Florida Coast Movers maintains strict adherence to all federal, state, and local laws to ensure the safety and legality of our moving services. We explicitly prohibit the transport of illegal substances, unlawful items, firearms, drugs, and open containers of alcohol. It is the responsibility of the customer to comply with these regulations and ensure that none of these prohibited items are included in the goods being moved.
Please be aware that if such items are discovered during the moving process, we will be required to take appropriate actions, which may include notifying the authorities and terminating the moving services immediately, with no refund of the deposit or any payments made.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all items are properly packed and labeled. Valuables such as jewelry, cash, and important documents should be transported by the customer.
Right of Refusal
Florida Coast Movers reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for just cause, including but not limited to unsafe working conditions and illegal activities.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for the resolution of any disputes.
